How AdPrepare collects, uses, shares, and protects your information — and the choices and rights you have over it.
Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, and profile photo from your Google sign-in.
- Content you submit — the website URLs and page content you ask us to analyze.
- Usage & diagnostic data — tools you run, results, credit/usage logs.
- Rejection recovery data — structured choices (message category, attempt range, and site type) and route progress events. We do not collect the rejection email, AdSense account ID, or a website URL through the recovery guide.
- Payment data — handled by our processor (Lemon Squeezy). We receive order/receipt metadata, not your full card number.
- Technical data — IP address, browser/user-agent, and cookies needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use your information
To provide and operate the service (run analyses, maintain your account and history), process payments and credits, secure the service and prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not use your submitted content for advertising.
Service improvement & statistics. We also use scan signals and outcomes in aggregated, anonymized form (not tied to your identity) to measure and improve the accuracy of our diagnostics and to produce statistics — for example, learning which factors correlate with AdSense readiness. We do not sell this data.
AI analysis & automated processing
When you run an analysis, the page content you submit and your prompt are sent to Google's Gemini APIto generate the diagnostic result. Results are AI-generated estimates for reference only. Do not submit content you are not authorized to share. See "Who we share with" below for the processors involved.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run AdPrepare:
- Google (Firebase, Cloud, Gemini API) — authentication, database/hosting, and AI analysis.
- Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and merchant-of-record for subscriptions and credit packs.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
International data transfers
Our providers (Google, Lemon Squeezy) operate globally, so your information may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
How long we keep data
We keep your account and content data while your account is active. When you delete your account, personal data is removed; payment and audit records may be retained in anonymized form for the period required by accounting, tax, and legal obligations, then deleted. (Specific retention periods to be finalized with the operating entity.)
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct, delete, or export your data, and withdraw consent. Depending on your region (GDPR/EU, CCPA/California, PIPA/Korea), you may have additional rights, including:
- Delete your account & data anytime from your page.
- Access or export your data — email us and we'll provide a copy.
- "Do Not Sell or Share" — we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Withdraw consent or object to processing — contact us below.
Cookies & tracking
We use cookies that are necessary to sign you in and keep the service secure. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the cookie banner. We currently do not run third-party advertising or session-replay trackers; if that changes, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.
How we protect your data
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted, and payments are handled by a PCI-compliant processor. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected users and authorities of a breach as required by law.
Children's privacy
AdPrepare is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the service. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
