What to write to us about

• Support: a diagnostic that failed, a result you cannot interpret, or a problem with your account.
• Billing and refunds: subscriptions and credit packs are sold and invoiced by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record. Write to us and we will help you sort it out; see the Refund Policy for what is refundable.
• Privacy requests: access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, and withdrawal of consent. You can also delete your account and its data from your profile page.
• Copyright: DMCA notices and counter-notices, as described in the Terms of Service.
• Accessibility: tell us where the interface got in your way — we treat these as defects.

Who operates AdPrepare

AdPrepare is operated by an individual proprietor based in the Republic of Korea, who is also the person handling privacy requests. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.

What we cannot do

We cannot contact Google on your behalf, see your AdSense review, appeal a decision, or tell you why a specific application was declined. Those decisions and their reasons belong to Google. What we can do is show you which public guidelines your site's signals relate to.
